This exam is conducted twice a year by UPSC (April 2012 and August 2012)
Exam Notification is published in leading dailies and the ‘Employment News’ (December 2012 and May 2012)
Exam Dates (2012)-15th April & 19th August 2012
Selection process is split into three phases-
Stage I- Written exam by UPSC
