Defence Academy Coimbatore offers extensive 30 days training for aspirants.
The aspirants will be put through a systematic physical conditioning for 30 days.
In the end of the training they will be able to pass the basic Physical requirement as expected by the recruitment team.
Your trainers would be veterns from the defence forces.

5. obstacle course training
6. Written test coaching

the training would commence in batches that would start on every 1st and 15th of the month.
